More than 400 employees of Boustead Plantations Berhad participated in the company’s first Townhall Session for the year 2023 today.

The two-hour session saw BPlant Acting Chief Executive Officer Fahmy Ismail and members of the senior management engaging with employees who were present via physical and online platforms.

In his opening remarks, Fahmy provided updates on the company’s performance, strategies and directions, while sharing his aspirations to further solidify BPlant’s positions in the future.

This was followed by presentations by Chief Financial Officer Mohamad Mahazir Mustaffa, Chief Operating Officer Anuar Semail and Chief People Officer Mohd Fadzly Mahyuddin.

The session opened up the avenue for employees to directly communicate with members of senior management and share their thoughts and views for the company’s benefit.
