While we progressively pursuing mechanisation in our operations, the essence of human touch is not neglected. Though machines help in easing our daily tasks, those who truly creates meaning are the men behind them.

We have recently conducted a training for our estate foreman and other operatives to familiarise themselves with new machines that would enhance our operation’s capability.

The two-day training was conducted by our Head of Mechanisation Unit Fuadi Manaf for the workers in Kuala Muda Estate, Kedah.

Mechanisation integration allows us to increase our productivity while at the same time improve our operating costs. Effective handling amplifies the results.

As we move towards becoming a sustainable technology-based plantation company, we believe the capabilities of humans can be expanded through the help of machines.
