The Boustead Plantations Berhad Talent Management Programme – B300 – is designed specifically to serve such purpose, by enrolling participants through strategic development plan and increasing our pool of talents.

This morning, our CEO Zainal Abidin Shariff held an informative session with B300 participants to provide them with the necessary knowledge as well as helping them to grow their optimal capabilities.

The B300 are the managers and executives who will be assigned to drive and lead project initiatives towards Reinventing Boustead.
