Contract management is an important aspect of a successful business operation. It helps to maximise operational and financial performance at an organisation, all while reducing financial risk.

Realising its importance, we have recently conducted a training session for our headquarters employees, providing them the fundamentals of contract management.

The objective of this program is to improve participants’ core skills in contract management and encourage them to apply their learning in day-to-day jobs.

The two-day training session was done with the collaboration with Malaysia Institute for Supply Chain Innovation (MISI) University.
