We believe that integrating sports into workplace can not only enhance office teamwork but also improve employee’s mental and physical health.
In support of Hari Sukan Negara 2022 celebrated this month, we organised our very own Hari Sukan Boustead Plantations Berhad (BPlant) celebration today with the objective to encourage our employees to actively participate in physical activities.
Officiating the celebration was BPlant Chief Executive Officer Zainal Abidin Shariff. In his speech, Zainal Abidin called for everyone to allocate time for sports activities in their daily lives.
He added it was pertinent for employees to properly manage their work and life balance in avoiding burnout and relieving stress.
Employees of BPlant are no stranger to sports as programmes such as badminton, running and cycling are held regularly.
