Our BPlant Management Tour continued to the Sugut region of Sabah, home to five of our estates and a palm oil mill, showcasing the heart of our operations in the area.

On the first day of the visit, CEO Datuk Zulkarnain Md Eusope and the senior management team spent valuable time connecting with the teams of Sungai-Sungai 1 Estate, Sungai-Sungai 2 Estate, Sungai-Sungai 3 Estate, and Rimba Nilai Palm Oil Mill.

The visit provided the opportunity for the visiting team to gain a comprehensive understanding of the on-ground operations, challenges and opportunities, and identify ways to enhance efficiency and productivity.

The CEO encouraged the operation management teams to think beyond conventional methods, emphasising the importance of exploring alternative strategies to improve yields and accelerate estate mechanisation, ultimately reducing reliance on manual labour while driving sustainability and growth.
