We frequently conduct upskilling courses and activities to expand the capabilities of our estate operations’ officers.

Just recently, we have enrolled 27 of our Sabah estate supervisors in a two-day competency course to further develop their abilities and managerial responsibilities.

The course provided our supervisors with the skills to manage their work efficiently and effectively, with focus given on creating positive values in performing their daily tasks.
