After three days of brainstorming, strategising and fostering ties, the Boustead Plantations Berhad (BPlant) Management Retreat 2022 for Sabah region came to a conclusion today.

The programme ended with a closing remark from BPlant Chief Executive Officer Zainal Abidin Shariff, where he stressed on the importance for all to work together in forging a better future for the company.

Reiterating the need for everyone to adapt with the current changes in the industry, Zainal Abidin said BPlant employees must move in line with the advancement of technology to ensure the company’s sustainable growth.

To the management team, heads of business unit and estate and mill managers, we would like to thank you for your active participation throughout the programme. There are still much to be done but with solid teamwork, we will definitely move ahead!
