Our Management Retreat 2022 for Sabah region entered its second day today, with a brainstorming session involving all participants became the highlight of the day.

The brainstorming session is an integral part of the retreat as the outcome from each discussion will lay the foundation in expanding Boustead Plantations Berhad’s future growth.

Among the agenda for the discussion was on the environmental, social and governance (ESG) and technology integration in plantation operations.  

The retreat programme for today also included a knowledge sharing session from BPlant Head of Estate Operations (Sabah) Muhamad Saipul’ilah Che Idris who spoke on good agricultural practices and Head of Technology Abdullah Zahri Abdul Azizis who elaborated on digitalisation of plantation management.
