Earlier today, Boustead Plantations Berhad (BPlant) had the pleasure of briefing financial analysts on the highlights of our financial performance for the period ended 30 June 2020. The one and a half hours session which was held virtually was attended by 40 participants.

BPlant Chief Executive Officer Zainal Abidin Shariff shared the company’s key financial achievements for the first half of financial year 2022. He also explained at length some of the yield improvement strategies including the ongoing Plantations Performance Improvement Programme.

Some of the salient points highlighted by Zainal Abidin was on the positive progress made by BPlant in integrating mechanisation and digitalisation to smoothen out our plantation operations.

The briefing was also joined by BPB Chief Financial Officer Mohamad Mahazir Mustaffa, Head of Strategy and Corporate Development Khairuddin Ibrahim, Head of Plantation Planning and Monitoring Anuar Semail and Head of Engineering Mokhtar Bidin.
