Yesterday, a knowledge-sharing session was held between procurement departments from Boustead Plantations Berhad and FGV Holdings Berhad.

It was indeed an insightful session as both parties shared their experiences and their visions in redefining procurement as a centre of excellence in reshaping organisations’ business processes.

Many topics were covered including digitisation in procurement activities, revolutionising awareness building among internal and external stakeholders, arising challenges and mitigation plans as well as the importance of e-procurement platforms as one of the vital pillars in digital transformation.
