We recently concluded a Personal and Organisational Excellence Course in Kuantan, Pahang which was participated by 25 employees from our head office, estates and mills.
 
The three-day intensive course was centred on building trust and teamwork among employees, with the end objective of creating a workforce that is resilient and highly adaptive to their environment.
 
Living in a fast-paced world, we believe it is our responsibility in ensuring our employees are well-equipped with the required skills in navigating their professional life.
