Boustead Plantations Berhad (BPlant) continues to search for new solutions to tackle the pain points in plantation operations through advanced technology, in an effort to transform BPlant into a sustainable technology-based plantation company.

Yesterday, BPlant Head of Technology Abdullah Zahri Azizis and Technology team visited the Faculty of Engineering, Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), a potential collaboration partner for a knowledge sharing and discussion session.

Researchers Dr Hazreen Haizi and Dr Nurulhuda Khairudin from UPM hosted the delegates from BPlant and presented their current research and development efforts relevant to the palm oil industry.
