Boustead Plantations Berhad is delighted to take part in the 15th National Seminar 2022 (NATSEM 2022) organised byThe Incorporated Society of Planters (ISP).

NATSEM 2022, held in 14 and 15 March in Royale Chulan Kuala Lumpur, provides a thought-provoking session for industry players in highlighting and addressing diverse issues related to plantation management. Officiating the programme was Plantation Industries and Commodities Minister Datuk Hajah Zuraida Kamaruddin.

With challenges such as COVID-19 pandemic and climate change continue to pose risks to the industry, NATSEM 2022 – with “Addressing Challenges in Plantation Management” as its theme – is a timely opportunity for industry players to realign and restructure their strategies in managing future working environment in plantation.

Participation of delegation from BPB in NATSEM 2022, led by CEO Zainal Abidin Shariff, opens up new opportunities as the company embarks on a journey towards becoming a sustainable and technology-based plantation company.

BPB will continue to support initiatives put forward by ISP which contribute to the development of plantation industry in Malaysia.
