Our Performance Monitoring Office (PMO) has taken the initiative to improve our daily mill production data to provide a bigger and comprehensive picture on our operation.
An in-house online session and briefing on data collection was conducted yesterday by PMO Manager Mahathair Daud, involving 30 mill operatives and other members from our mills nationwide.
In the session, participants were exposed to procedures and correct data entry for daily mill production report. The new version involves the collection of various type of data including on fresh fruit bunches, production of crude palm oil and palm kernel on a daily basis.
Better data collection allows us to measure, monitor and manage our operation and helps us to make informed decision to meet BPB’s strategic objective.
