Boustead Life Sciences Research Sdn Bhd (BLSR), a subsidiary of Boustead Plantations Berhad (BPlant) that undertakes research on plant biotechnology, received a visit from BPlant board members yesterday.

Attending the visit were BPlant board members, Maj. Gen. Dato’ Seri Khairuddin Abu Bakar (R), Tan Sri Dato’ Wira Aziah Ali and Dr. Salihin Abang. Also present were BPlant Acting Chief Executive Officer Fahmy Ismail and senior management team members.

The visiting party were provided insight into the ongoing research being carried out in the facility and BLSR’s operational aspects by BLSR research manager Nik Farhana Nadiah Nik Mustapha.

BLSR is known for its expertise in tissue culture research.
