Congratulations to 28 of our employees who have successfully ‘graduated’ in the Leadership Development Programme course!

The three-part journey which was initiated early this year was designed to nurture the seeds of positive leadership among our employees.

Through the course, participants were challenged to push their critical and analytical thinking and polish their leadership skills to cultivate a pool of effective leaders.

The Leadership Development Programme is part of our continuous approach to developing a resource of quality leaders who can contribute significantly to the organisation and the industry.
