We are taking a stand against corruption.

In renewing our commitment to go all out against all forms of corruption practices, we have conducted a series of engagements with our employees at Head Office as well as our Business Units operation nationwide.

These engagements were held to increase staff awareness with regards to corruption activities while at the same time communicating our stand against corrupt practices as outlined in Boustead Plantations Berhad Anti-Corruption Framework. Our Anti-Corruption Framework covers aspects of whistleblowing policy, anti-corruption policy and gift, entertainment, hospitality and other similar benefit policy.

In ensuring the highest standards of integrity among employees, participants are required to sign an integrity pledge at the end of each engagement.

We have a zero-tolerance approach when it comes to bribery and corruption.

Those found engaging in bribery or corruption practices will have to deal with severe consequences including dismissal, fines and imprisonment.
