3 March 2022The rapid pace of digital transformation requires us to constantly reshape the means of carrying out our routine business operations.
A second series of online training on digitalisation learning and growth for our staff was conducted recently as part of our workplace technology integration to provide our employees the skills in digitalising work processes.
In the training, BPB’s Performance Monitoring Office Manager Mahathair Daud provided a step-by-step approach on smart dashboard using Microsoft Excel – from the preparation of data table until the finalisation of dashboard. Its primary intention was to provide information at a glance, such as FFB evacuation vehicle performance.
With restrictions due to COVID-19 pandemic, digitisation of workspaces gave employees more options for doing their tasks quickly and effectively.
For us, such initiative is a step in the right direction as we embark on a journey to become a sustainable technology-based plantation company.
