Our Management Tour continued to our plantation assets in Perak, namely Malaya Estate, TRP Estate, and Trong Palm Oil Mill.

Led by Datuk Zulkarnain Md Eusope, the visit provided an opportunity for the management team to engage directly with staff on the ground, fostering stronger communication and collaboration within the team.

During the visit, Datuk Zulkarnain emphasised the importance of estate managers possessing not only management skills but also strong technical expertise to ensure operations are carried out effectively and efficiently.

Additionally, he highlighted the need for operations teams to build strong rapport with the local community and authorities in the vicinity of their estates and mill. This is crucial to fostering mutual respect, ensuring smooth operations, and strengthening BPlant’s role as a responsible corporate citizen.
