BPlant Boost 2024 was all about coming together as one!

Our recently concluded BPlant Boost 2024 was a true testament to the power of camaraderie that transcends titles and roles within the organisation.

Over the course of the three-day programme, our Chairman, Lt. Gen. Datuk Ahmad Norihan Jalal (R), CEO Datuk Zulkarnain Md Eusope, and the senior management team fully immersed themselves in the teambuilding activities alongside our operational staff.

From engaging in fun-filled challenges to collaborating in problem-solving exercises, this hands-on involvement showed the commitment of our leadership to fostering unity and teamwork at every level of BPlant.

The interaction and bonding throughout the activities not only strengthened relationships but also reaffirmed our belief that success is built on the foundation of a close-knit, dedicated team working together toward a shared vision.
