Our new cadet planters and engineers have completed their two weeks job familiarisation session.

Beginning today, the 27 cadets scattered all over our operations nationwide will be undergoing a two-month Internal Apprenticeship Course (IAC) to equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge in plantation business and process.

A ceremony was held in Sungai-Sungai 1 Estate in Sabah today to formalise the cadets’ acceptance for the IAC, attended by all cadets physically and online. Present at the ceremony was our Head of Estate Operations for Sabah Muhamad Saipul’ilah Che Idris.

The new training module for our cadets is specially designed to develop competent and experienced plantation professionals in the industry. It comprises of five modules that will be lectured in five separate sessions over the course of a year.
