Boustead Plantations Berhad has established a new training module for our cadet planters and engineers.

The programme will kick-start on August 1, starting with a two-week familiarisation session, followed by a two-month apprenticeship course before they are sent to the field for a nine-month on the job training.

The 12 months training module is aimed at equipping our cadets with the right set of attitude, skills, knowledge and technical capabilities.

A handover ceremony of the training modules for BPB cadet planter and engineer was held earlier today, where our CEO Zainal Abidin Shariff handed over the module document to Training Manager Mohd Azwan Md Isa as a symbolic gesture.

Praising the programme as another milestone in BPB’s journey, Zainal Abidin said the modules would greatly benefit in developing competent and experienced cadets for the plantation industry.

Pohon papaya terlihat kurus,
Buahnya mantap kulitnya halus,
Bekerja keras adalah harus,
Iringi dengan doa yang tulus.
