Like any other businesses, our operations are susceptible to work-related hazard. In mitigating such risk and enhancing safety procedures, our Rimba Nilai Palm Oil Mill in Sabah organised a working at height training for its employees and workers.

The two-day training programme was done in collaboration with the National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health and participated by operators and maintenance team from the mill.

The programme aimed at helping participants understand the hazard and risk of working at height, as well as to implement safeguard measures to prevent any falling accident.

Throughout the training duration, participants were provided with the necessary safety knowledge including on hazard identification, risk assessment and risk control.

Safety trainings are periodically being held in our estates and mills as we continue to maintain a healthy, conducive and sustainable working environment for our staff and workers.
