Mechanisation is an essential input in modern agriculture. It enhances productivity, besides reducing human labour and operational costs.

To effectively integrate mechanisation in our operations, we have conducted a series of trainings with an aim to provide the knowledge and skills to our operatives in efficient machine handling.

Led by our Head of Mechanisation Unit Fuadi Manaf, the trainings involved the participation of foremen, tractor drivers and other person-in-charge in various of our plantation assets nationwide. A recent training was held at our northern plantation estates from 13 to 15 July.

Staying true to our aspiration of becoming a sustainable technology-based plantation company, we remain committed in intensifying our approach towards mechanisation in plantation.
