Boustead Plantations Berhad has for many years employ members of the Orang Asli community to work in our plantations.

We provide them with relevant training to carry out various aspects of estate work, from harvesting to operating machines.

Through this initiative, in addition to providing steady income, they also benefitted from other supports accorded to our workers, such as healthcare at our estate clinic.
