Today, we conducted an online training session involving our heads of business units and managers of estate and mill on leadership and character development. 

The training aimed to inculcate agile mindset and behaviour among participants in delivering sustainable performance in the ever-changing palm oil industry.

The one-day programme emphasised on the development of soft skills in good leadership, emphasising on measures to minimise risks and creating successful action plan to drive the organisation forward.
