ISO 9001:2015 is an international standard that specifies requirements for Quality Management System (QMS). To qualify for ISO 9001:2015 certification, an organisation needs to demonstrate the ability to consistently provide products and services that not only meet customer satisfaction but also exceed their expectation as well as complying with regulatory requirements.

Customer satisfaction is a main priority for an organisation to continue to run its business. In Boustead Plantations Berhad, we conducted internal audit on annual basis to verify our QMS is in compliance with ISO 9001:2015. Furthermore, internal audit allows us to determine the effectiveness and overall performance of our operations.

To date, nine of our mills operating in Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak are already certified with ISO 9001:2015 while the remaining one mill in currently in the process of certification.

The ISO 9001:2015 certification is our way to provide the best services that meet the requirements of our customers. The certification pushes us to provide the best quality of products while at the same time adhering to the statutory and regulatory requirements.
