Our Board of Directors and Management continued their official working visit in Sabah by travelling to Rimba Nilai Business Unit, our plantation asset situated about three-hour drive from Sandakan.

The visiting delegates spent about half a day to get an in-depth understanding on estates operations grouped under our Rimba Nilai Business Unit. Among those attended were BPB Chairman Dato’ Ismail Lasim and BPB Chief Executive Officer Zainal Abidin Shariff.

The group was also brought for a visit to our estates under Rimba Nilai, namely the Sungai Sungai 1 Estate and Kawananan Estate.

The visit allowed for Board and Directors and Management to directly engage with managers and workers in Rimba Nilai, an important process in charting a better strategy for 2022.
