17 February 2022Our ongoing digitalisation journey require us to move away from the traditional way of doing things in running our day-to-day tasks.
As part of our technology integration in the workplace, we have conducted a series of online training on digitalisation learning and growth for our employees to equip them with necessary knowledge towards digitalisation of work process.
A recent training conducted by BPB Head of Technology Abdullah Zahri Abdul Azizis provided a step-by-step guide in digitalising document papers – from preparation to finalisation – by utilising digital solutions such as Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Teams. In short, we are reducing our reliance on traditional methods of printing, scanning and physical distribution of papers.
With the emergence of COVID-19 forcing us to work remotely, digitalisation of workspace provided a better avenue for employees to complete their task efficiently and effectively.
As we embark on a journey to become a sustainable technology-based plantation company, such initiative is a step in the right direction in our active pursuit towards the Environmental, Social and Governance principles.
