BPlant today held its 111th Annual General Meeting (AGM) via live streaming, chaired by our Chairman Lieutenant General Datuk Ahmad Norihan Jalal (R).

The AGM, which was attended by the Board of Directors and senior management team, also saw BPlant Chief Executive Officer Datuk Zulkarnain Md Eusope reviewing the financial year ended 31 December 2023 and sharing insights into the Group’s prospects moving forward.

BPlant closed FY2023 profitably with a revenue of RM852 million. Profit before taxation and zakat stood at RM71 million while profit for the year was registered at RM36 million.

In his opening remarks, Datuk Ahmad Norihan stated that the Group is well-positioned to remain resilient and deliver sustainable growth amidst the challenging landscape. The AGM also saw all seven resolutions tabled being passed.
