As part of our Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS) certification process, we held our Stage 2 audit exit interview with SIRIM QAS, our appointed certification body, for the deliberation of any arising matters.
Present at the exit interview held last week was Boustead Plantations Berhad CEO Zainal Abidin Shariff, as well as several other heads of department.
ABMS, a law-compliance standard, is designed to help companies prevent, detect and respond to bribery incidences.
