We have conducted numerous upskilling sessions for our employees in the past year, including the impactful Personal and Organisational Excellence course.

Wrapping up the course for 2023, our last batches were held in Kuching, Sarawak, and Sandakan, Sabah, engaging over 60 employees from our operations in those regions.

This course specifically focused on enhancing participants’ soft skills, particularly in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and risk management—equipping them for the dynamic challenges of the industry’s ever-changing landscape.
