Our aspiration of become a sustainable technology-based plantation company requires us to move away from the traditional ways of doing things. For many of the traditional issues faced in plantation, mechanisation serves as the solution.

In enhancing our plantation yield, we have introduced super lightweight and durable oil palm harvesting poles in our estates as solution to address the issue of tall palm harvesting.

We have recently concluded a series of training and engagement programmes with our operatives and workers to ensure an effective use of the tall palm harvesting technology. Our Head of Performance Monitoring Unit Rozaini Abd Ghani coordinated the training across all of our business units nationwide.

We are optimistic in improving our plantation yield with the implemented mechanisation at our operations, in accordance with the Reinventing Boustead strategy.
