Adequate shelter is an essential human right. Our operations are equipped with established housing complex to provide shelter for our workers stationed at various of our plantation operations nationwide.

This is especially necessary for our workers stationed inland, far from any major settlements.

The housing complex at our Segaria Mill in Semporna, Sabah does not only provide shelter for the workers. With amenities such as sport facilities, surau, playground and bus stop, it is a functioning settlement by itself.

Rather than simply being a place to unwind after a long day at work, the Segaria Mill housing complex serves as a hub for workers to socialise and conduct community-based activities amongst themselves.

We recognise that our plantation workers are the backbone of the company. We have been steadfast in taking concrete steps to improve the housing amenities for our workers, in line with the principles of environmental, social and governance.
