Boustead Plantations Berhad (BPlant) continue to engage actively with our employees by organising the fourth BPlant Townhall session today.

The two-hour hybrid session saw our Chief Executive Officer Zainal Abidin Shariff engaging with BPlant employees nationwide, sharing updates, strategies and future plannings to be embarked by the company.

Zainal Abidin in his speech set the company’s course towards displaying its best performance for the remainder of 2022, taking advantage of the Plantations Performance Improvement Programme as well as mechanisation and digitalisation initiatives.

Also presenting during the Townhall session were BPlant Chief Financial Officer Mohamad Mahazir Mustaffa and Head of Plantations Planning and Monitoring Anuar Semail, who provided insights on the company’s financial performance and operations respectively.

Zainal Abidin also took the chance to share some ‘pantun’ with participants:
