It’s a wrap! Our management Retreat 2022 for peninsula region came to an end today after three days of thorough deliberation and discussion in charting the future of Boustead Plantations Berhad (BPlant).

Throughout the programme, participants had the opportunity to together analyse challenges and envision strategies to drive our company’s growth trajectory forward.

In a closing remark, BPlant Chief Executive Officer Zainal Abidin Shariff reminded all participants on the need to adapt to the everchanging environment of the plantation industry, stressing the importance of recalibration of work processes.

He also stressed on the importance of maintaining a safe and sustainable working environment, adding that employees’ wellbeing will continue to be at the top of the company’s agenda.
