Boustead Plantations Berhad (BPB) held our 109th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to present the company’s performance and strategies going forward to the shareholders.

Prioritising the safety and health of the shareholders and employees, the AGM was conducted entirely through live streaming from the broadcast venue at Royale Chulan Damansara. Chairing the meeting was BPB’s Chairman Dato’ Ismail Lasim.

The AGM, themed “Reinventing for a Sustainable Future”, was attended by a total of 820 shareholders.

At the AGM, BPB CEO Zainal Abidin Shariff shared with the shareholders on the company’s growth performance, business enhancement initiatives and outlook for the year.

Dato’ Ismail in his opening remarks said that BPB would continue to remain strong and deliver sustainable growth, moving in a positive trajectory to fulfil its aspiration of becoming a sustainable technology-based plantation company.
