Boustead Plantations Berhad (BPB) in collaboration with UOB Malaysia (UOBM) was awarded the “Best Working Capital Solution” by independent print publication CorporateTreasurer (CT) during the 2017 Corporate Treasurer Awards Gala Dinner held on 7^th March 2018 at The Fullerton Hotel, Singapore.

En. Hazranshah Hj. Abdul Hamid, Senior Finance Manager, was honoured to receive the accolade under ‘Asia’s Best Treasury and Finance Strategies’ category from CT Editorial Manager, Daniel Flatt during the award ceremony.

This award was conferred in recognition of BPB’s innovative and comprehensive working capital solution that comprised receivables, payment and liquidity management, managed by UOBM to streamline cash flow and maximise benefit of idle funds. The award ceremony was part of the annual two-day treasury event “CTWeek” held on 7-8^th March 2018, engaging and recognising Asia-Pacific’s most sophisticated treasurers, CFOs and financial service providers in interactive forums and discussions.
