Through our Boustead Green Army (BGA) initiative, we provide job opportunities to retired Armed Forces personnel to work in our operations.

BGA is a collaboration with Yayasan LTAT and Jabatan Hal Ehwal Veteran with the objective of enabling retired army personnel to take up jobs in our estates.

Under the BGA initiative, Armed Forces retirees aged 45 and below are recruited to work with us as part of our special harvesting team, with proper trainings provided to them.

BGA is our response to the call to assist and empower our local community. As a socially responsible plantation company, we steadfastly uphold the principles of ESG throughout our operations.
