B300 – Boustead Plantations Berhad talent management programme – is designed to develop the skills and talents of our employees and become competent future leader of the industry.

Recently, 28 B300 participants attended a two-day project management course to further their knowledge in handling projects effectively. Project management is one of the modules arranged under the B300 programme.

The course allowed the B300 participants understand project management concept, identify common mistakes in project management and enabling them to deliver successful projects.

The B300 are the managers and executives who will be assigned to drive and lead project initiatives towards Reinventing Boustead. The aim is to create a resource of quality leaders the company will need in the future to achieve its vision and mission.
