Board of Directors

• The Board holds the highest authority and is responsible for BPB’s sustainability strategy as well as its performance in sustainability and safety matters.

Board Sustainability Committee

• The Board Sustainability Committee was formed to support the Board in overseeing the Groups’s targets, policies and practices pertaining to sustainability, safety and health.

Management Sustainability Committee

• Chaired by the Chief Executive Officer of BPlant, the Management Sustainability Committee is responsible for ensuring effective sustainability, safety and health management and administration by the Group

Sustainability Secretariat

• The role of Sustainability Secretariat is held by the Sustainability & Safety Department.
• The Sustainability Secretariat oversees sustainability operations and implementations within the Group.
