JOB DESCRIPTION

Key roles and responsibilities: -

  1. Manage application solutions of Plantation Information Technology and be responsible for requirement, analytical, development, configuration, integration, implementation, monitoring and supporting systems.
  2. Ensure the software deliverables comply with the quality standards and are completed on time. 
  3. Conduct the root cause analysis of software issues and resolve them with an efficient solution.
  4. Analysing existing systems to provide recommendations for improvement.
  5. Assessing new technologies before adoption and implementation.
  6. Execute full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  7. Participate in simplifying traditional work processes by implementing the digital transformation

Requirements: -

  1. Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science or related.
  2. Proficiency with mobile or web development tool, .Net framework, Microsoft SQL server, SQL reporting, Power App. Prior working experience with web and mobile development is an added advantage.
  3. At least 2 years working experience in system development.
  4. Candidate must possess strong analyzing, programming, critical and problem-solving skills.
  5. An innovative problem-solver and motivated strategist.
  6. A good team player.
  7. Able to work independently.
  8. Able to work under pressure and capable to meet tight deadlines.
  9. Possess good health and fit to work.
  10. Possess own transport and willing to travel.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Key roles and responsibilities: -

Corporate Proposals

  • Assists in the preparation of corporate proposal (conducting research, preparation of financial models, coordinate discussions with all stakeholders including financial institutions (if funding required), preparation of Management and Board papers).
  • If approved, to monitor implementation plan by the implementation team.

Strategic Initiatives/ Special Projects

  • Assist in the compilation of periodical progress report from all project/ initiatives owner;
  • To identify issues from the project/ initiative owners and to highlight and any red-flags for the attention of the Management and/or Board;
  • To assist project/ initiative owners in providing financial input and assessment towards their respective projects.
  • To monitor and prepare relevant and timely reports to the management, Board, GCEO council and etc

Business Performance and Plan

  • Assist in coordinating relevant engagements/ meetings, and business performance review exercises;
  • Assist in the preparation of Annual Business Plan and/or 5-Year Business Strategy.

Requirements: -

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy/Finance or related. Candidates with professional qualifications are a bonus.
  2. At least 3 years working experience in Corporate Finance, Strategy or Corporate Planning.
  3. Good written and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  4. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to inform strategic decision-making.
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
  6. A good team player, pleasant and have positive work attitude.
  7. Able to work independently.
  8. Able to work under pressure and capable to meet tight deadlines.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Key roles and responsibilities: -

  1. Provide support for the execution of corporate exercises, including due diligence, M&A etc.
  2. Good knowledge in budgeting, financial forecasting, cash flow analysis, financial analysis, reporting to stakeholders etc.
  3. Support on the financial planning and analysis function, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Analyzing and interpreting financial data to support business decisions.
  4. Liaise with bankers, stakeholders etc for deal structuring and transaction management.
  5. Preparation of Annual Integrated Reports.
  6. Managing ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements: -

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Economics or related. Candidate who possess a professional qualification such as ACCA/CFA is a bonus.
  2. 4 to 5 years of experience in Corporate Finance role. Experience in plantation company/industry is an added advantage.
  3. Possess skills in financial modelling, accountancy, valuation and analysis.
  4. Good written and communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  5. Well versed in MS Office .
  6. A good team player.
  7. Meticulous and attention to detail.
  8. A resourceful person and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  9. Able to work under pressure.

JOB DESCRIPTION

LEGAL ADVISORY:

  • Provide legal advice and guidance on various matters to internal stakeholders.
  • Review, draft and negotiate contracts, agreements and legal documents.
  • Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to the industry and ensure organizational compliance.

COMPLIANCE MANAGEMENT:

  • Develop, implement and monitor compliance programs to ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Conduct regular compliance audits and assessments to identify and address areas of non-compliance.
  • Collaborate with different departments to establish and maintain compliance procedures.

CONTRACT MANAGEMENT:

  • Oversee the contract lifecycle, from negotiation to execution and beyond.
  • Develop and maintain a centralized contract repository.
  • Train and educate internal teams on contract-related legal matters.

REGULATORY AFFAIRS:

  • Interact with regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations.
  • Keep abreast of changes in laws and regulations affecting the organization's operations.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Key roles and responsibilities: -

  1. To assist in coordinating project management works - earthworks, structural and infrastructure works.
  2. To assist in providing structural design works for Estates and Mills (Eg. Foundation/Buildings/Bridge/Steelworks).
  3. Preparing tender documents.
  4. Responsible for claim’s verification from the contractors.
  5. Preparing contract documents for all awarded projects.
  6. Review all contractor’s background and experiences prior to award.
  7. Review all issuance of drawings by the drafting team.
  8. Responsible for Site Inspection in all Estates and Mills.
  9. Liaison with authorities prior to obtaining CF/CCC.
  10. Liaison with suppliers prior to ensuring all products/material’s specifications are captured in BQ and drawings.

Requirements: -

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering projects and related areas.
  3. Good technical knowledge in AutoCAD and ability to understand drawings ( structural drawings/infra drawings/bridges).
  4. Good written and communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  5. Well versed in MS Office software.
  6. A good team player.
  7. Meticulous and attention to detail.
  8. Able to work independently.
  9. Able to work under pressure.
  10. Possess good health and fit to work.
  11. Possess own transport and willing to go for outstation across Malaysia.

JOB DESCRIPTION

To assist Mill Manager in performing day to day mill's operation and maintenance including ensuring products that being produced are within quality limit, efficient and with minimum cost.

Key roles and responsibilities: -

  1. To assist Mill Manager in day to day palm oil mill operation.
  2. To learn all aspects of mill operation through training program and hands on training.
  3. To execute/complete the work related special task or assignment given.
  4. Involve in organization of Occupational Safety and Health related activities and other event set by the Company.

Requirements: -

  1. Minimum Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical Engineering and/or relevant professional qualification or another equivalent field.
  2. Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience preferably in palm oil mill or other relevant field. Experience in agricultural industry and relevant professional certification will be an added advantage.
  3. Good communication and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  4. A fast learner, willing to learn and work under minimum supervision.
  5. Proficient with computer, including document processing software.(e.g. Microsoft Office) 
  6. Ability to work in remote area.
  7. Willingness to relocate across Malaysia (Peninsular, Sabah & Sarawak).
  8. Good physical fitness.
  9. Possess own transport.
  10. Goal-oriented and a team player.
  11. Strong time management, planning and organization skills.
  12. Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with mid-level management and other staff members.
